This book, dubbed the “MONSTER BOOK” and was sized at 12 x 18 inches. Each edition was hand signed with a personal dedication to the buyer. Unfortunately each of the 100 copies are sold now. Each original copy is a one off, signed, dedicated and numbered to its owner.
